Our firm has handled group or individual disability cases and

We are skilled in both
California state and federal court cases. In group policies, most of these cases require an appeal before a lawsuit can be
filed. We are highly experienced in preparing these appeals as well.
We are also familiar with the agreement reached
between Unum and the Department of Insurance. We can help those people who have received a notice of reassessment from Unum.
We do not handle Social Security Claims.
We handle all cases that require a lawsuit on a contingency basis,
which means we only charge an attorney's fee if we are successful in settling or winning your case at trial.
